How I Charge

Most projects can be quoted based on the approximate time needed to accomplish the work. Once I receive your project details, I will provide an approximate quote for the project cost.

I bill in time blocks:

• 1 hour is $85 hr. - 1 hour or less and inside Friendswood proper. Also, no trip is required for materials.
• 2 hours is $200

• 4 hours is $360

• 8 hours is $650

$85 for each additional hour past 8 hours.

NOTE: (1) The initial trip fee to the location is included in the price. (normally $60)
(2) All prices include the time it takes to go and retrieve the materials if needed.

(3) Materials not included in the billing price to be billed separately with notice.

• Remodels - A multiple-day remodel will be billed at $650 a day.

Project materials will be purchased by Friendswood Handyman Pro. Upon satisfactory completion of the project, you will be billed for the materials and the time it took to complete the work.

(NOTE: On some projects, upfront money might be required to purchase specified or custom materials).

I have extensive experience and have been doing handyman work for many years.

My goal is to minamum cutting corners will complete your project in the shortest time possible without cutting corners!
